Short description:

This project was created for a consulting company with wide network of partners all over the world. The task was to provide partners of the client with easy to use access to business diagnostic tool. The old version of tool was designed in MS Excel and distributed as a file that caused many problems such as consistency (the system is regularly improved and updated so to have the last version of diagnostic tool the company had to send it to all partners and partners send it to their clients), an absence of central database to keep track over the tool usage and complex process to get an access to tool for clients (ask partners to send it or download file and open it in Excel).

Altima created an online version of the diagnostic tool that partners can easily to install to their web site as a widget (copy-paste simple code, similar way with that many of us use to embed YouTube video). The core of the solution is hosted on central server with a single database that allows to collect the tool usage statistic and instantly update the widget on all partners web sites.
