Vadim Pronko, Executive Director (Altima Ukraine)

Vadim graduated from National Technical University of Ukraine/Kiev, Polytechnic Institute and has worked in Altima since 2002. His dedication to building the business led to a promotion as Deputy Director followed not long after he started, and in 2009 he accepted the position of Executive Director at Altima Ukraine.

His primary responsibility is to work with clients and manage projects. He possesses strong organisational skills, an essential quality for the industry we operate in. Vadim is committed to his staff and has successfully led the business during a time of rapid expansion.

Vadim has received additional training in project management methodology in accordance with IPMA standards.
