Altima’s biggest competitive advantage is its team. Having invested significantly in its people, it has achieved a staff retention rate unlike many of its competitors.

All our software engineers, designers and managers have a minimum of a Bachelors degree and several years of work experience. As of 2010, Altima as a group of companies employs over 25 professionals across the globe.
