Altima work process

The process we use is based on best industry studies and 10 years of work experience. It is shown in the diagram below

Usually we provide our clients with preliminary quote before analysis stage to allow them have ballpark budget and timeline. Often, especially for larger projects, an analysis phase is done as a separate job prior the the main development contract is signed. Some clients already have analytical job done and come to us with ready specifications. Once the analysis phase is completed, we can select the mode of work and establish the budget for fixed price project.

We take a deposit equal to 25-50% of the project cost. Remaining sums are paid upon reaching assigned milestones.
